About Crystal Long

Crystal Long is a sales agent at Hyland Realty, covering Piara Waters, Harrisdale, Southern River, Canning Vale, Thornlie and Huntingdale.

Crystal handles residential sales and rental appraisals across those suburbs, and much of the advice she gives arrives before a property is ever listed. Owners come to her for a straight read on what the house is worth now, what a small repair would change, and whether the coming months are likely to treat them better than this one. She would rather give that answer early than take a listing at a number the market will not pay.

She works in English and Mandarin. Census figures put roughly one in ten Piara Waters residents as having Chinese ancestry, and a good share of buyers here are sending money from overseas to help family buy. Crystal can take those clients through the whole process in Mandarin, contract to settlement.
